Because the magnesium content of 5A03 is slightly higher than that of 5754 aluminum alloy, the corrosion resistance and tensile strength of 5A03 are higher than that of 5754, and the silicon content of 5A03 alloy is higher than 5754, so the welding performance is better than 5754, which can be used for gas welding, argon arc welding, spot welding and roll welding. Due to the high strength, easy processing, easy coloring, good corrosion resistance, light weight and long service life of 5A03 and 5754 magnesium aluminum alloy, the aluminum alloy sound barrier mainly uses 5A03 and 5754 alloy.
