　　This alloy is Al-Si alloy; alloy brand: ZAlSi12; alloy Code: ZL104;executive standard: GB / T 1173-2013. ZL104 alloy has good air tightness, fluidity and hot crack resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance, welding performance and machining performance, but low heat resistance, easy to produce small pores, and complex casting process. Therefore, it is mainly used to manufacture large-scale sand mold metal castings with high load, such as transmission case, cylinder block, cylinder cover valve, pulley, cover plate toolbox and other aircraft, ship and automobile parts.
